While it seems crazy, many people are importing Jerusalem Stone. Jerusalem stone comes in many shapes and sizes, but it almost always starts life as a boulder seen in the picture below.
After the stone from Jerusalem is quarried into large multi-ton boulders workers decide which product that particular stone should be used for. My favorite picture of Jerusalem stone is definitely this picture. It shows a wonderful staircase leading to the sky. The stairs and walls are both created with Jerusalem stone. The steps and smooth while the walls are rough Jerusalem stone.
